After the first interview, we implement a series of questionnaires designed to generate a behavioral profile based on the candidate’s responses.
This profile allows us to evaluate both their performance in typical situations and their ability to react to challenges that require speed, decisiveness, and firmness.
The objectives of this evaluation are:
- Optimize talent selection and development processes by identifying candidates who are best aligned with the organization’s needs.
- Improve communication and collaboration within teams by detecting interaction styles and areas for improvement in group dynamics.
- Identify strengths and development opportunities, providing useful insights for training plans and professional growth.

This methodology does not aim to measure intelligence or deep personality traits. Instead, it focuses on observing concrete behaviors and natural preferences in how individuals relate, work, and solve problems, providing valuable and actionable information for talent management.
