Sin embargo, el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda, las redes sociales, el\naumento de las oportunidades y la b\u00fasqueda de flexibilidad, est\u00e1n marcando un\nantes y un despu\u00e9s en la actitud de los candidatos. As\u00ed pues, los aspirantes\ncada vez se muestran m\u00e1s selectivos, exigentes e impacientes a los puestos de\ntrabajo. Seg\u00fan la consultora \u201cThe Center for Generational Kinetics\u201d, m\u00e1s del\n60% de los aspirantes m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, en concreto los que pertenecen a la\nGeneraci\u00f3n Z (nacidos entre 1995 y 2014), s\u00f3lo est\u00e1n dispuestos a invertir 15\nminutos (o menos) en una solicitud de empleo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un\nestudio reciente de \u201cGlassdoor\u201d concluye que casi la mitad de los solicitantes\nde empleo encuestados se quejan y rechazan la tardanza en responder. Al mismo\ntiempo, una investigaci\u00f3n de Addison Group refleja que el 70% de los candidatos\npierde el inter\u00e9s por una oferta determinada si no reciben una respuesta en el\nplazo de una semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\nbien sabemos que los procesos de selecci\u00f3n se alargan por los requisitos para\nno equivocarse con el candidato ideal. A la vez nos encontramos con el\n\u201cghosting\u201d o \u201clos candidatos fantasma\u201d, quienes abandonan el proceso de\nselecci\u00f3n en cualquiera de sus fases sin avisar a los reclutadores, incluso\ndespu\u00e9s de haber aceptado el puesto. Este fen\u00f3meno lo sol\u00edan protagonizar\nmayoritariamente los Millennials, pero actualmente ya se extiende tambi\u00e9n a la\nGeneraci\u00f3n Z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\nVVA Consultants suscribimos totalmente una de las conclusiones a las que llegan\notros profesionales de los RRHH en el art\u00edculo, y es que el trato que ofrece el\nreclutador al candidato durante el tiempo de espera, es uno de los puntos\ndeterminantes. Nos parece imprescindible tratar a los candidatos\/as con la\nmisma atenci\u00f3n que a nuestros clientes.
